Tink Butler and Next Sports Phenom LLC ("NSP") will use all submitted information for the purpose of promoting athletes. This may include displaying player profiles, rankings, evaluations, highlights, and other information on the NSP platform and related promotional materials.
Approved college coaches and authorized recruiting personnel may view athlete profiles and evaluations through the platform in accordance with NSP policies.
Members agree not to submit false information, offensive content, copyrighted material without permission, or any content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
NSP takes reasonable measures to protect user information. Information collected through the platform will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
All platform content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Next Sports Phenom LLC unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of the content they submit while granting NSP permission to use it for athlete promotion.
